Canine infectious hepatitis is an adenovirus that attacks the liver, blood vessels, immune system, kidneys, eyes, lungs and heart. Symptoms can vary depending on which body systems are affected. Infectious hepatitis spreads in bodily fluids (urine, faeces and saliva).
